Does Magnesium Make You Poop?

Hi! It's Matt from ITL Health. I've got a great question here: Does magnesium make you poop?

Essentially magnesium is responsible for lots of bodily functions including your intestinal transit. So, magnesium is very important in making sure that it keeps you regular and going to the loo as you should. Now, some people are sensitive to magnesium citrate in particular; it can add what's known as osmotic pressure to the system. In other words, it can give you diarrhea. Thankfully, it's a very small portion of people that happens to.

If you're one of those people and MAG365 does that to you, then there is an alternative: PrizMAG.  PrizMAG is Magnesium Bisglycinate, and Magnesium Bisglycinate does not add any osmotic pressure to your system whatsoever.

The straight answer is everybody needs magnesium to maintain a healthy bowel and keep yourself nice and regular, and also people who suffer constipation could probably do with taking magnesium to assist in that department. Magnesium doesn't necessarily make you poop, but constipation is a sign of deficiency, so keep taking the magnesium. Thanks again for watching and stay safe.
