Free Shipping
We ship in Canada and the US. Standard shipping is free when you spend over $50 in North America. We strive to ship orders within one business day.
If you're in the United Kingdom or Ireland, please shop here.
Any shipping costs that are outside of the above scope can be chosen upon checkout. Available options will be displayed in the shopping cart once you have entered your delivery address. If you choose the free shipping option, we ship the most economical way possible, which is usually through the local postal system.
Please note that we are currently limited in the countries that we can ship to, due to warehouse stipulations and fees. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to you at this time. We are working to improve our shipping options.
If a parcel is lost, we will replace it after the 30-day window, but we ask for patience. After the 30-day window, please contact us if you have not received your package. If a package is tracked (that comes at a greater cost to us but we offer that service for free for international shipping where applicable) then we will replace it if it is lost. However, if it is due to a customs delay, it is beyond our control and the parcel will eventually be released to you. If the parcel is not released after 60 days then we will replace the item or refund your product less shipping charges.
All items are billed in the currency of the shipping address.
American orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse in Ontario. Longer lead times may apply, depending on where you are located in the US.
Any order may be cancelled up to the point it is shipped. If you are dissatisfied with any product, please email us at info@itlhealth.com, or call us within 30 days of the shipment date.
If you wish to receive your package quickly and/or wish to receive tracking information, it is advisable to select a paid shipping option. We do everything we can to ensure a positive customer experience, but there are situations beyond our control and paid options can help mitigate some of these.
Product Returns
Should you wish to return your product, please note that you will receive a refund for the product less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us at info@itlhealth.com in order to obtain the address to send your product back to.
