Magnesium is also involved in many processes that affect how the body manages energy, rest, and recovery. For children who need daily support, some parents choose to give divided doses—one in the morning and one in the evening—to help spread out the nutritional benefits throughout the day.
As always, it’s best to consult your child’s healthcare provider before introducing any new supplement.
Activation time:
- Hot water: Activates in 15–30 seconds
- Warm water: Activates in 2–3 minutes
- Cold water: Takes 20–30 minutes and may not fully dissolve
Once activated, try these methods:
- Mix into a smoothie or a small amount of juice after activation to mask the flavour.
- Create a magnesium “gel” by mixing activated MAG365 Kids with chia seeds (use 1 part chia to 6 parts liquid). Let it sit until it forms a jelly-like texture, then stir it into yogurt, oatmeal, or even desserts.

Here’s a simple process:
- Place the recommended dosage (per the label) into a mug or small cup.
- Add a small amount of boiling water—just enough to cover the powder.
- Allow the fizzing to subside and ensure the powder fully dissolves (this takes about 15–30 seconds).
- Once activated, you can add the mixture to juice, a smoothie, or another flavoured beverage.
Prefer cold juice only? You can also add the powder directly to juice, but be sure to let it sit and fully activate on its own. This takes approximately 20–30 minutes at room temperature. Stir well before serving.
Important: If MAG365 Kids is not fully activated before drinking, it may cause minor digestive discomfort like bloating or stomach aches. Always allow enough time for full activation before serving.
If you’re considering nutritional support as part of your child’s routine, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to determine the best approach for their individual needs.
